To  romp and splash uninhibited is pure joy. 

The vision and intention in my work is to support people in knowing this joy in all that they do.  To have our balance be such that we can dance and engage with all of our experiences safe in our power. To know that it is neither aggressive or passive but an acknowledgement that they are both there  for our safety depending on what is needed in the moment. By maintaining our allegiance to ourselves and never shifting it to the external now matter what it is keeps us feeling that dance , movement and the safety in ourselves.
